It is always great to see Monmouthshire feature in positive ways on TV, but the ITV series, James Martin's Islands To Highlands, really showed what a fantastic county we live in.

During the hour long programme, as well as showing off the beauty of the county, James also met up with some of the great food and drink businesses and owners in the area including Sean Hill of the Walnut Tree, Stephen Terry of the Hardwick and  Robb & Nicola Merchant at White Castle Vineyard.

Definitely worth a watch to see Monmouthshire and of course the legendary James Martin cook some dishes too.
