The team at Chepstow based, The Preservation Society, have been running cook a long sessions online using store-cupboard ingredients. The short cookery demos have been massively popular and already created an audience of budding chefs.
On Bank Holiday Monday, resident chef Pip’s will create her own homemade Lemon Curd, Live from 11:30 for 15 minutes of deliciousness.
